The Smallest Room in a Detroit Showhouse gets a Luxurious Makeover
When designer Tiffany Cobb of Tiffany Réne Designs was selected to participate in her first Designer showhouse in Detroit she jumped at the chance. Eager to establish herself in her hometown she said, “Hey, I don’t even care what size room it is. It could be a closet. I just want to be involved."
She was selected and given a small awkward, strange hallway. "They honestly didn’t even intend on using it as a space, but I saw a possibility there and transformed it." What a transformation indeed! Scroll down to see the before and after.
Tiffany Cobb on Designing Showhouses
"I am really grateful for the showhouse experience. And aside from having to create a freedom that showhouses often provide, it allowed me to flex my chops and show people what I could do with a small space!"
Choosing the Hardware
Tiffany selected the Wooster Hardware in Sand to compliment the blush interior color. It pairs nicely with the antique mirrored doors.
"I absolutely loved this pairing! All things old made new again!”
