Our trade program is open to residential and commercial interior designers, architects, showroom owners, and design professionals who hold a valid business license or professional credential.
What is the trade discount?

Is there a minimum opening order or annual sales minimum?
There is no minimum opening order and no annual sales requirement to keep your trade account active.
Can I order samples?
Yes. Trade members can request finish samples and physical swatches through the trade dashboard.
How do I order samples?
Log in to your trade account, visit the sampling section, and select the finishes you'd like to receive. Samples are shipped directly to your studio.
How do I place a trade order?
Trade members can place orders directly through the online trade portal. For custom or large-scale projects, contact your dedicated trade representative.
How soon will my order ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces have extended lead times, which are shared at time of order.
The item I ordered is out of stock, when can I expect it to ship?
Restock timelines vary by collection. Your trade representative will provide an estimated ship date and keep you updated on any changes.
When can I expect my pre-orders to ship?
Pre-order ship windows are listed on each product page and confirmed at checkout. We'll notify you before your order ships.
