This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase for residential use.

Our Customer-First Return Policy 

We want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your Modern Matter purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the following:

20% Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

Return Shipping Label Fee
A $15 return shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return postage.

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your returned items meet the following criteria:

Original Packaging
Items must be returned in their original packaging with proper packing material to ensure they are not damaged during return shipment.

Uninstalled Condition Returned items must be uninstalled and in unused condition.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item, no restocking fee will be applied, and there will be no charge for a return shipping label or for shipping the new product to you. To exchange an item, please follow these steps:

1. Select an Alternative Item: Choose the item you would like to receive in exchange.

2. Contact Us: Send an email to with the following details:

• Order Number of the item being returned
• Items and quantities being returned
• Items and quantities you would like instead
• Reason for exchange

Once we receive your exchange information

• We will provide you with a return shipping label and a new order invoice with free shipping.
• Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue a refund for the original order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at or call us at 704-749-2110. We will arr ange for a replacement or issue a full refund at your discretion, with no restocking or return shipping fees applied.
