The Harriet Drop Pull incorporates all of our favorite things —organic forms, rich textures, and warmth. A lustworthy mix of wood and brass to ground interiors and infuse it with artistry. Designed by duo Louisa Pierce and Emily Ward of Pierce and Ward, the Harriet Drop Pull is made of solid brass and is available in two wood options. Made with hand-finished solid brass and betel nut and pine wood. Burnished Brass finish is hand-applied by our amazing artisans. There may be natural variations in the finish which makes each piece charming and unique, and are not product defects. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products. Like a family heirloom, each Modern Matter product is filled with love, care, and careful thought.

Care:

To preserve the beauty and integrity of your solid brass hardware, dust regularly with a soft, lint-free or microfiber cloth. When needed, clean gently with a slightly damp microfiber cloth, then dry thoroughly. This product features an unlacquered Burnished Brass finish intentionally left unsealed, allowing the brass to age naturally and develop a distinctive patina through exposure to air, moisture, and touch. The artisan-applied finish is created through a hand-rubbed patina and barreling process. Subtle dimpling, spotting, and variations in color, texture, and surface detail are intentional characteristics of the finish. Burnished Brass will continue to develop a natural patina over time. Do not use brass cleaner, metal polish, abrasive materials, soap, harsh chemicals, or any other cleaning product, as these may damage the finish. Due to the nature of our hand-finishing process, products may have lot-to-lot variations in color and/or finish.
