Our products carry a lifetime warranty for materials and craftsmanship. We firmly stand behind everything we make and will do what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction should anything fall short of expectations. This warranty covers any defects in material and craftsmanship. The lifetime warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the hardware itself, and does not extend to ancillary charges such as site work or carpenter/handyman fees. The determination of whether repair or replacement is appropriate will be made by us at our sole discretion.This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and is non-transferable. For products purchased before 2021, a one year warranty is applicable. Any of our products purchased in 2021 or after are covered by our lifetime warranty.

If you live within the United States your item should arrive in approximately 5-8 business days (if not sooner!). We ship UPS and can provide tracking numbers. If you need your item by a specific date, please note it at check-out or email us so we can do our best to get it out asap!

Our pieces are handmade creations with semi-precious gemstones- each piece varying slightly from another. The most preferred way to take care of hardware is to regularly dust the product with a soft cloth. If needed, we advise that all our products are cleaned with slightly damp soft cloth and mild soap. Once it is cleaned, then wipe with a clean damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Please use non-abrasive lint-free or microfiber cloth that won't scratch the surface. Designs with gemstone and lucite can also be cleaned with slightly damp cloth and mild soapy water.
