All mechanisms are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase, under normal residential use.

Lacquered Finishes — 5-Year Warranty
Lacquered brass is solid brass sealed with a clear protective coating that preserves its original luster and prevents natural oxidation. We warrant all lacquered finishes against defects in material and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase.

Our lacquered finishes include: Antique Pewter, Dark Bronze, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Patina, Polished Brass, Polished Nickel, Powder-Coated, Satin Brass Matte.

Living Finishes — No WarrantyLiving finishes are designed to evolve, developing a rich patina as they age and interact with their environment. Because of this natural process, living finishes are not covered under warranty.
