Not 100% happy with your order?

We are happy to assist you with a return or an exchange on your *eligible order. Your satisfaction is our top priority. 

Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus $15 for the return shipping label. The restocking fee and shipping label will be deducted from your refund total. The restocking fee will not show up in the total in the return steps, but will be deducted after the return has been received.


Pick out another item you would prefer in exchange. No restocking fee will be applied and there will be no charge for a return shipping label or for the new product to be shipped to you. Simply pick out an alternative and send us an email at with the following details:
  • Order Number being returned
  • Items and quantities being returned
  • Items and quantities you'd like instead
  • Reason for exchange
We will provide you with a return shipping label and a new order invoice with free shipping. Once your return has been received by the shipping carrier, we'll issue your refund for the original order!

Love your order, but disappointed that it arrived damaged or you received the wrong item?

• Item(s) in their original packaging with proper packing material to ensure they are returned back in the condition they were shipped.
• Item(s) has never been installed.
