The Florentine 5" Custom Backplate designed by Michelle Nussbaumer adds luxurious opulence to any knob or hook. Made of 100% solid brass, the ornate, hand-carved design was inspired by the opulent palazzos found in Venice. Adorned with semi-precious gemstones for maximum impact, this backplate is perfect for the maximalist decorator.

The most preferred way to take care of hardware is to regularly dust the product with a soft cloth. If needed, we advise that all our products are cleaned with slightly damp soft cloth and mild soap. Once it is cleaned, then wipe with a clean damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Please use non-abrasive lint-free or microfiber cloth that won't scratch the surface. Designs with gemstone and lucite can also be cleaned with slightly damp cloth and mild soapy water.
