About the McCoy Hardware Collection
Modern Matter’s McCoy collection brings a modern sense of order to cabinet hardware. Designed by Barrie Benson, the collection pieces together different-sized rectangles with open space between them. The look feels graphic and refined, but still warm enough for layered interiors.
The collection includes knobs and pulls with strong rectangular shapes. Some pieces feature semi-precious gemstones, which add color and natural variation. Polished brass, polished nickel, satin brass matte, and burnished brass give the collection a clean range of finishes. The open shapes make the hardware feel lighter than a solid block. At the same time, the geometry gives each piece a clear point of view.
McCoy hardware works well in bathrooms, bedrooms, bars, and living spaces. It is a strong fit when cabinetry or furniture needs structure, but not heavy ornament. The collection adds polish, rhythm, and a more architectural detail to the room.
