Across the Pond

Modern Matter’s Across the Pond collection brings a botanical spirit to hardware and decorative objects. Young Huh’s designs take cues from flowers, garden forms, and small moments of whimsy. The collection feels graceful and expressive, but still polished enough for refined interiors.

The collection includes backplates, bud knobs, dishes, and decorative objects. Lotus shapes, etched surfaces, and curved forms give the pieces a soft, nature-inspired look. Finishes like Polished Brass, Polished Nickel, Patina, and Burnished Brass shift the mood from bright to more aged. Each piece feels detailed, but still easy to place in a thoughtful room.

Across the Pond works well in bathrooms, bedrooms, bars, and furniture pieces. It is a strong choice when hardware should feel charming, personal, and unexpected. The collection can add a small note of nature to cabinetry or a tabletop without making the space feel overly themed.
