A: From a very young age, I loved moving the furniture around my room and the other rooms in our home. My birthday request was always some sort of design decision for my bedroom. While I pursued an education degree in college, and found design later in life as a career, I still use my educational background to help my clients make the very best decisions for their homes.

A: Our process stays the same from project to project, but it centers around our client's specific needs and aesthetics. We do not fit our clients into a box. We want to design the picture they have in their minds. Our style changes from client to client; however, we cling to a transitional approach with unique elements that create a cozy, comfortable, and lived-in space, no matter the style.

A: Living in the south, specifically Florida, influences our design as many Floridians crave a relaxing space where our beautiful sun-filled spaces can breathe and soak in the landscape. Many of our homes have neutral furnishings with pops of color to accentuate the outdoors.

A: Hardware is the jewelry of a space. Selecting the correct hardware can make or break beautiful carpentry projects. Many times, we pick the hardware before we even finalize the design of the cabinetry. In specific instances, we choose the hardware first and then design around it, shown in the custom media piece below.

A: I love to travel and read home design magazines. Traveling allows me to see different landscapes and design choices that I may not have thought of on my own.Â
