Who is eligible for a Partner Program?
Modern Matter’s Partner Program is created for eligible design professionals (Interior Designers, Decorators, Architects, Furniture Manufacturers, Designer Studios, Builders, Hospitality) working on residential or commercial projects and Designer showrooms.

Is there a minimum opening order or annual sales minimum?
There are no minimum buy-ins or minimum order quantities required for Moonstone Trade Partner, Emerald Trade Partner, and Sapphire Retail Partner. Contact your Account Manager to learn more about membership requirements.
How much do the sample boards cost?
Sample boards of our most popular collections are available for purchase by all members of our Partner Program. The MSRP value of the boards is $1,000. Partners are able to purchase sample boards at a 75% discount for $250 per board.
Modern Matter will continue to add new sample board collections as new collections get added to its assortment. Modern Matter has the right to discontinue a collection. In this event, Partner members who have the collection sample board will be notified and requested to remove the discontinued board.
Can I buy more sample boards than the minimum required for my Partner level?
Yes. Partner members may purchase additional and replacement sample boards as well as other sales support tools in the Partner dashboard or by requesting them from their dedicated account specialist.
Can I order samples?
Yes. Partner members may purchase up to ten (10) samples per year at 75% off.
How do I order samples?
You can order samples online while logged into your Partner dashboard. Only one sample per unique SKU may be added to your cart for the sample-only discounted price. There are two Gemstone Sample Kits available for purchase that are great tools for your clients, and they ship for free when purchased alone. Need additional help? How do I place a Partner order?
Once a Partner account has been approved and accepted, Partner member will receive an invitation to accept and log into their own Partner dashboard. After logging in, Partner member will be able to view exclusive pricing, place orders, view their order history, and view units of stock available.
Can I see my order history in my Partner dashboard?
Yes. You will be able to view all past orders you made in your Partner dashboard.
